Hi i have 5 spare monitors lying around the house and thought i should make use of them or get rid of them! I have read on a few other sites that it is possible to turn your pc monitor into a tv using a tv tuner (or vcr) I have a spare vcr id like to connect to the pc monitor and a spycam id like to hook up to the vcr so i have then use the monitor as a security monitor with the option to record. How would i go about this? i have a female 15-pin monitor plug and a spare a/v plug is it as simple as wiring one to the other on the right pins? I hope to hear back on this soon, im very excited about getting this working! Great use of unused equipment, i was thinking of hiding a microphone and speakers aswell so i can communicate with people outside before opening the door. Thanks Regards Chris Blackmore
