i made the lcd project in the main page but it caused short circuit,if you wired +5V to pin15 it causes short circuit. if you want your backligt on,wire the cable to (+) and (-) at the back of the lcd. Project Link: http://www.electronics-lab.com/projects/pc/020/index.html
