WOW so a GT bike is very possible.

I have a design for a bike and a design for a turbofan and last night i worked out how to run duel Turbines.
I wonder what the power would be if the system were put in a robin relient?
Anyway i posted this because i wondered how on earth could an EMS (Engine Managemant System) be built for this thing? -
This is actualy quite easy if you brake it down into the following:-
Sensor,
processor,
motor control,
Track.
the simplest vresion is as follows
the track is a black line on white paper.
Black absorbs light and white reflects (simple so far)
sensor has two emitters and two sensors mounted a follows - S,E,E,S
when switched on the emitters emit light .
place "BUG" (device) on white paper.
The sensors recive reflected light from the emitters and motors go forward.
When bug crosses black line no light is recived in one sensor and the motor on that side stops.
This is a very basic description and an example of this is available from valleman. -

I was watching a film and one of the charaters remarked that it had twin turbines.
This got me thinking, how small could a Gas turbine/turbo fan be built and what would happend if one were straped to a bike?

this has omly just been done in an alpine display car but is it legal?
you must have some rear view mirrors by law!
on my new head unit (should it ever turn up) all i do is conect the camera's video output to the head units video input very simple. -
The “boiling” as you call it can work with NiCads if you are careful burning of internal shorts, but I wouldn’t try it with Li-Ion’s. It might blow up in your face! I suspect the battery for the old 486 is not Li-Ion type?
i didn't see the Li-on in his post but it puts in the 1995's onward series but i thinks there all duel cell batts. -
Both programs run on Linux under Wine.
Thats sorta not the point its still winbloze software not linux.

This is a test of what i did in X-circuit on mandriva LE 2005.

Try "boiling" the battery first (ramming a high current very breafly into it)
before dissably.
the T2130ct era(486 dx -133mhz) tosh bats have a record of reviving if done properly. -
This was coverd in a magazine called PC EXTREME issues 15/16 .
I have the software used but the diagrams are harder to do (only circuit software i poses is on linux. if you cant find the mags ill do up the circuits.

On Mandriva LE 2005 i use x-circuit, it has a scruffy layout but it does do the job.
edit cus x-circuit is crap.
Scratch that i forgot to read the instructions.

the z80 and intel Z80 are very universal and are still being used in anything from home project to fire alarms and computers.

I like them but in the uk i can only find vallemen kits.

they are very good but for one problem - maplins solder needs a higher temp which often damages the tracks. -

are the 2 neg lines feeding devices from atx supplies connected in the psu or are they from different circuits?
what would happen if the two neg line we connected to the rong hole e.g
12=-1=-2=5
12=-2=-1=5 -
The moderators should close this down because if any of these are made you would be making a DOS attack which is illegal in most countrys.

There called tracker balls (track balls is close enough)
why not use a cage baring (as used on bike wheels) and rest the ball on that?
