Hi...I have got to make a very small project..Its making Nand,NOR & Inverter Gates with the help of NMOS...Now I have made the power supply but I dont know which IC should I use & I dont even know the circuit diagram for the project..Someone did told me that I will be needing Z44 IC but then I m not getting its datasheet...SO if anyone can help me out by providing IC datasheet for Z44 or ckt diagram i'll be gr8ly thankfull......
