Thats a sham :'( Just wonder if anyone has done a EAGLE, or stripboard layout for this or similar Volt-range?

Being Female, and a Maker...I Very interested in the High Voltage Stun Gun project at http://www.electronics-lab.com/projects/science/016/ But have noticed when i click on the "Also check the conversation about this project at the community. Post you questions here." at the bottom of the page, I get told the page dose not exsist....has it been moved, or where is the appropriated section to ask questions about this project? :)
