I am looking for a driver IC that can do the following: - Battery Input (1.5V-6V) - Clean AC Square Wave output (100-160Vp-p) - Frequency: capable of <100Hz - Some external components are fine - Low power consumption - Driving a capacitive load (5nF+) Really the only things that I am finding are EL lamp drivers, but the output waveform is not ideal with most of them. If there are no IC's out there, then I suppose I could just design my own circuit. Any thoughts on that would help too. Just thought I would check for an all in one package first.
