  1. I'm having trouble finishing an art project where I want to use a wall dimmer switch in a circuit with a touch on/off switch to turn on a light. I bought one of those screw in touch on/off switches, but apparently it needs 120 volts all the time to work and cannot be dimmed. I tried wiring it in and wouldn't work properly. Would it be possible to buy a screw in touch 3-way dimmer? would that work? Any ideas to build my own touch on/off switch that would be compatible with a regular wall dimmer that could be plugged into a wall? Thanks! Trevor
