This is not going to be used on a vehicle but rather a stand alone project for students. I currently use a light board with a flasher and a relay to alternate smaller bulbs but would like to have a full sized "real display". Thanking you in advance. Al Playter.

This may be a stupid question to most of you but where do I hook up power and how many volts?
