I know the very basics of electrical circuits and am kinda handy. I'd like to make a "Spaceship Dashboard" for my son. He loves buttons and switches. I imagine a very basic design using plastic project boxes and a wood frame with about 20 buttons and switches attached to small lamps.. Maybe blinking, etc. Has anyone done this kind of thing? Can you suggest a starting place for me? Thanks very much in advance.
