Hi i want to design a sea border detector using gps. the system will give alert when a boat cross certain gps coordinates. I want to have a gps receiver with maps. the system will save its current GPS location every 5 min. The system will have a traceback system so that shipman can traces his way back to home using the saved gps coordinates. traceback route will drawn on the map using the saved gps coordinates. Incase of emergency a device to contact coastal is needed. How can i implement this system guys and wat devices can be used to make communication from sea to shore at a low cost.
