btw...i did this with an LM35 chip to A/D and output to a 7-seg display...later i output to C++program and used program to set different things to happen when it reached certin temp. like turn on a/c or turn on heat. i had to use a data tool to get output to computer program.

The A/D does this.

hello, iam building the uv box and i did not think it matters about the ballast and bulbs can i just go to the ace and buy the common ballast and bulbs? or is there a certin one i have to have. thanks, glen

you confused me.. a down counter counts down.. a zero detector will dectet a zero and pulse generator will generate a pulse??? ??? glen

they are all electrlytics well at least 90% just they all were separate then it got knocked over so now i have like 50 different caps all together while some have the value on them and others dont. Maybe makeing a circuit with a 555 is too much work for them... thet sad there was a iec code but i could not find a chart or online calulator for them. thanks, glen

no there new... just i got some mixed up... some are blue with black line? i just was not sure if there was a decodeing system like there is for resistors?
