I am looking for user and/or service manual for Wevetek / Fluke 81 function generator. Fluke sells it but can't afford it.

Anyone can help me with the datasheet for ECN1310? As far as I know this is a Hitachi ic for controlling stepper motors. Unable to find even the pinout. No info is available from Hitachi web site. Thnx.
