  1. Thanks for your reply. Thought I might be able to make some minor changes that allow me to increase the output current to 500ma so I can use it to charge my iPhone 4. Will also input a better subject next time. Thanks again!
  2. I bought this item. Input: DC 5.0V 500mA Output: USB 5.0V 400mA With 4 x AA 2500mAh batteries, I tried to charge my iPhone 4 but it does not work. My guess is iPhone 4 required a minimum of 500mA to charge. Electronic expert, do you think it possible to add/remove component in the circuit board such it can increase the current to at least 500mA or to 1000mA if possible? I have soldering iron. This is the circuit board:
