Hi, I have been building a gauge to measure impact. I have an accelerometer connected to an LCD which functions perfectly but I would like to be able to hold the maximum value on the display, possibly until a reset. I have looked at peak detector circuits but they, by my understanding, only work with an AC input. Is there another type of circuit, IC etc. that may do what I am looking for?
