Make a 0-5 Vdc to 4-20mA isolated convertor.

Hi you! I have a project, i make a isolated convertor (0-5V to 4-20mA). But i can't look for linear_opto ic in my city. There are only p181, pc 817 opto here. Analog isolated with opto is really difficult! How to make it linear. Could you show me, please! Thanks alot!
