mpeill Posted November 10, 2004 Report Share Posted November 10, 2004 Using Eagle PCB layout, does anyone know how (or if it's possible) to copy and paste whole sections of layout on the same board, effectively creating multiple copies of the pcb on the same pcb material. MP Posted November 15, 2004 Report Share Posted November 15, 2004 As far as I understand, you would have to create the parts in the schematic editor. Otherwise the schematic and board would not be able to match. Then you could lay them out in the board editor and auto route the parts. I do not think there is an easier way in the more advanced programs. In a board layout program such as Mental Automation's SuperPCB or Ralph Lindstrom's PC BOARDS, you can just copy, then paste blocks of the layout.
