Asus Battery

Hi
I´m newbie and i´m looking for help I´ve got a ASUS notebook L3000  that  the Li-Ion Battery L3 (+14,8v  4000mAh)  is damage.I´ve read on this web and learn how to replace the individual cells of this device.The problem is that there are not anyone cells damage but the eletronic charger circuit inside the battery case that dont gives output voltage.Can anyone help me with the schematic drawing of this device or in other hand were  i can buy this pcb with components?
