Please help me in this problem

The TDA7000 is an obsolete FM radio IC that operates very poorly. Unlike other FM radios with a 10.7MHz IF, it uses a 70kHz IF and uses muting to cover up the resulting very poor image rejection.
It increases the effective bandwidth and linearity of its IF by modulating it with the detected audio.
Ordinary AM radios use a 455kHz IF.

If you manage to make it receive high bit rate digital data then what will be the FM transmitter?

The FM tx will be build using a PLL that enabled expermintally 250kbps data rate out of a psudo random number generator, will this matter?

And for TDA7000, I may use another one instead of it, or use discrete FM Rx (i prefer to do that instead of using another IC)

I'm limited in bit rate, i need it to be not less than 300kbps, and the distance i need it not to be less than 50meters, and carrier frequency that's to be 100MHz (however if i will build a discrete ciruit, then it's preferable to build it in any free band such as ISM band .. this will be better)

Can anyone suggest good solution, but try to be fast!
I have to deliver that project (design review in my graduation project!! :'()
Thanks alot for your valuable help..

There r IC's specifically used for dig. data transmission/reception.
TRF6903 (TX+RX) is one such from TI.  U can ask them for samples.

Jazakom allaah khayra for your reply, but i don't konw where and when can i ask for samples, and if i could get a sample, can i further buy another components form it with low cost?!

Thank you,
Ahmad,
