VictorHK
sorry i'm not very technical, could you please help out?here's what I want to put together (pic below). I'm going to be using computer fans to spin the magnets so that I can have 5 spots to place my formulas for stirring. The stirrers I have found are too expensive. With your help I'll be able to build my own, and help others to do the same.I need to know more about the following things...Which power adapter should I use? How much DC?Which Potentiometer I should use for the 5 speed control knobs? What wiring is best?I appreciate your help in advance.-VictorHK
ante
Hi Victor,I don’t want to rain on your parade here but I can see a few problems with this design. The fans are not suitable for this job for a number of reasons, torque, rpm and the loss of balance and the disturbance of the electronic commutating the magnets would create.
