reflex tester

Hi I'm looking for a little help on a relatively simple project. 

I'm trying to make up a reflex tester.  Basically it's a random light generator with about 6 to 8 lights and a button on each light.  The light lights you press the button and another light comes on etc etc. 

Does anyone know of a project like this? Can't seem to find anything like that.

If you could point me in the right direction that would be great.
