astra
regarding to my topic 23-04 2007 ( ultrasonic circuit )im finshed built the signal generator 50 khz but the o/p 3v pek to pekthis not enough to drive the piezo electric disk so i have an idea but not warkgood i applied the signal come out from the signal generator to the gateof thyrestor and applied the negative of 60 V to the kathod and take it fromthe anod by this method i generate 60V with frequency 50khz as theattachment drwing ( sorry ihave not a camera )i thing that but the o/p is 60V with 100hz ( im not put smothing capacitorwhine making arectefecation for 60V ) because if this 60V are pure d.c the thyrestor will closed and not open again at the first pulse please help me to achived my idea whtever the circuitsorry for the long messagebest regard
audioguru
Use a power amplifier that has transistors to amplify the 50kHz. Use filtered DC to power it.Your thyristor turns on and stays on for each pulse of 100Hz. It is not amplifying the 50kHz.
astra
thanks audioguru and im waiting to fond high power amplifier ct. or any man send it to me ( specialy use transistor BU508A because it has high o/p power thanks in advanse
audioguru
You don't need high output power to drive a little piezo transducer. You just need a little power amplifier that uses transistors.
astra
my friend thise the first topic hi guisplease i need circuit for ultrasonic cleaining machine which used to clean and glow the goldthis machine consists of tank of water with clean liquidand the circuit cosists of signal generator around 50khzand operation amplifier for this frequencyafter that aplied the signal to piezo electric disk which attachmentunder the water tankso i use a big piezoelectric and not one around 4 or 6 pcsthank you for my help
audioguru
I don't know how much power your piezo ultrasonic transducer needs. I don't know if it works as high as 50kHz.
