VIKRANT VIJAY MALODE
I am working on this circuit as part of mini project for this semester.I have tested this circuit on breadboard, and its working. Now the problem is I want to use a D.C MOTOR instead of a.c washing machine motor in the circuit for the demonstration purpose in my college. Is this possible with the same kind of output? If yes please tell me the RELAY CONNECTIONS.If no please suggest me another alternative for a.c washing machine motor.cir-5-washing.pdf
Hero999
RL2 needs to be replaced with a DPDT relay and the wiring needs to be changed to work with a 12V permanent magnet motor. That circuit wouldn't work with some of the washing machine motors I've seen which are universal, not induction. Hero999
See if you can work it out for yourself.Google for DPDT, if you've never seen one before. All you need to do is reverse the polarity of power going to the motor, this should be easy to figure out how.Post your schematic here and we'll verify it for you.
