I'm new to this forum... :-* new to sound engineering, and have no experience with building my own electronics or circuit bending or anything of the sort... I like to challenge myself obviously :) what I do have is programming experience, so if thats ever needed I can at least start there...so, I have this cheapo electronic drum set that my dad gave me because he doesnt want it anymore. I don't know what to do with it, all the software I use already has a vast selection of drum instruments and samples. What I thought was if I could turn it into a midi drum controller to use with ableton, it would actually be quite useful to me. Trouble is...
