Looking for learning material

Hello,
    I am looking for tutorials/books for learning how to design circuitry based on PIC microcontrollers.  I have a background with electronics so I understand AC/DC, semiconductors and such.  I would like to start branching out in more complex circuit design specifically with microcontrollers.  Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Learning about electronics concept needs more concentration and penetration to understand the PCB, BGA, Soldering, Reballing etc....If you choose the electronics, your future will be brighter. Thanks
