Question regarding the calculation of capacitance matrices.

Hello!

I’m looking to calculating the capacitance matrix to be able to calculate the capacitance of a wire (in this case centimeter-long nanoparticle wires).

What I’m looking for is a basic way of determining the capacitance between neighbors and to be able to extend this to be able calculates the capacitance of the wires.
