Thanks Harald, that will help for PCB layout. But if I wanted to model this project, what would I do?

What do you mean by "model"? Simulate? Then you'll need a model for your simulator. Eagle doesn't simulate as far as I know.

if you want to model/simulate your circuit then you will need something like LT Spice

I didn't know that. Assuming this is what chopnhack means, one can still use a dummy package in Eagle and replace it by the correct model in the netlist for simulation - provided there is a model for the respective processor in the simulation software.

From reading the above, my naive suggestion is to contact the supplier of the simulation software and ask them.

Thank you all, I didn't realize the Eagle software was solely for PCB production. I only recently downloaded it and started working with it. I also have LTSpice and started modeling the circuit there, but was referred to Eagle for PCB layout. From what I understand, LTSpice can do the layout too via a netlist export function. From toying around with it, Eagle looks like it produces a more accurate PCB layout.

The recent version of Eagle can export to LTSPICE for simulation.
However, any SPICE based simulator is primarily for analog simulation. YOu will not find a SPICE model for a PIC processor.
