It appears to be a transformer, and this appears to be a power circuitry board. I can not find the datasheet through searching the ID characters, what product is your board from?

the SP2822 IC is a dual channel audio amp

Because it need to be replaced

the transformer is a mains stepdown transformer

how do you know it's faulty ? how did you test it ?

I will guess that the open winding is the primary. Most likely a thermal fuse that is open. These are right at the surface of the transformer windings. It would be much easier to replace this than find a replacement transformer with the correct size and pin spacing.

Sir pharaon . . . . .

Can you give us a photo of the flip flop / foil side of the board.?
The capacitance and voltage rating of the GIANT capacitor ?
Are there are 2 or 4 diodes at the end of the board near the P1-P2 AC input terminals of the PCB?

I did a Google on SP2822 and came up with the following.
There is a circuit at the bottom showing the chip in a similar configuration with a 10v dc drive if that helps.
So I'm guessing transformer around 7vac output.

Your board looks like it has copped a fair bit of heat.

here's the photo that show all
but if there's any electronic part rather than coils because i wont be able to find such small size so i wonder if there's an ic that do that same

the Big capacitor is 2200 uf 16 v

Can you remove transformer and replace with any 12Vdc supply to secondary pins? with correct polarity! with regards to caps.

If you've got the troubleshooting skills, if you find a transformer you think will work, I'd check those caps and bridge rectifier diodes before I tried to fire it up again. If your transformer burned open-circuit, it may have taken-out more
than just the transformer. Good luck with the transformer search.

the issue is the 12 vdc that is avilable is way larger to fit in such the original one place
