Diode 1N2007

Is this diode still current and/or is a substitute available. Cannot locate spec sheet for 1N2007

I found that data sheet also, but not enough specs are given. I have a feeling it is obsolete and has a substitute of some sort;. cannot find a dealer who carries this diode.

WOW! Thank you for the data. I thought it may have been a zener, but not positive. I weill research for a dealer.
You must have a pretty good source for diodes.

The 1N2007 is a 560 V zener...
I wonder why the 1N5280B (190 V) is given as a replacement for the 1N2007 (560 V). I can't find a 560 V zener. You'll probably have to gobble one up by adding multiple lower voltage zener diodes in series.

@Harald Kapp , You are right, I have added the remark line at the picture: Use a matched set to achieve voltage rating.
It looks like that 4 times 1N5280 in series are needed.

Harald ...that should be 1N2007 NOT 2N2007 (which is a MOSFET)
