thanks for your response, I've found a square wave with the IC, but I found a new problem. The IR2104 output of the HO and LO pins is damaged to form the opposite pwm wave, as shown below.

then, the resulting pwm voltage value is only about 1 volt, I measure it from the mosfet output (mosfet source pin 1 or mosfet drain pin 2 to the ground), as shown here.

I use the esp32 to produce PWM at 26kHz and trigger the SD pin always HIGH. Then, I used a 12V lead acid battery to power the 12V, as shown in the schematic. all the ground pins I put everything together. I want to build an MPPT system with half bridge on a synchronous buck converter. What is the solution so that the PWM HO and LO signals can contradict each other?
