I want to make a very basic LED flashing light, but it needs to be bright. It'll need to run off an 18650 Lithium battery 3.6v or thereabouts. I also need it to flash fast. It's a deterrent light that I'll attach to a sensor for anyone who comes near my property at night.
I've searched AliExpress and ebay for any pre-built module but I'm struggling to find something. Would anyone know of a small module that would suit this purpose? Maybe I can build a simple module but I don't know where to start. Any clues? Thanks

Is the need for battery operation because of no mains power available in that sensor location?.

1. How Bright?

2. Operating time between battery charges / changes? How long might the circuit be required to flash (not just sit waiting to be triggered)?

3. Do you want to build a circuit from scratch, or assemble pre-wired modules?

Blindingly bright.

I'm not concerned. I'll replace the battery when needed. I need it to flash until I turn it off. Just focusing on the circuit for now.

Looking around, there's very little in the way of a pre-built module. I could probably use a decent quality bike lite that flashes but unfortunately these things have 6 different settings and you have to navigate through all of them to get to the flashing part.
I was hoping to find a small pre-built module but what I want is something to run off one 18650 3.6v lithium battery.

Blindingly bright.

Probably not going to happen from a 3.6V battery supply

but is a bike light bright enuf for what you want ? ...
If so, then it's a good place to start and just sort out a separate flasher cct for it
