Lead acid battery - how long can it be left discharged?

Yeah I agree. Also I would have thought your circuit would stop working by the time the battery is 80% discharged.

Designing a four layer stack up PCB having nrf52832 SoC with chip antenna

Show us the circuit diagram please. The rest of the circuit looks not too bad (waiting circuit diagram) You have some acid traps that need sorting also. I let you find out what that means :)

Designing a four layer stack up PCB having nrf52832 SoC with chip antenna

Turn your antenna and associated components through 180 degrees so the feed line from L1 is straight. Use this from my calculator to help you with your layout for the feed line. Thanks Adam

    EMI suppression

Here is something else that you might find helpful.

    EMI suppression

It all depends on your application circuit and where the noise is coming from and its impedance. This will help you decide if you are best with a PI or a T filter topology. The inductance of a ferrite bead is not constant with frequency which is why they only mention impedance versus frequency...

    EMI suppression

Hi Tim Not all ferrite beads are used in the power supply line. You find them being used on the output of digital circuits that may interface to the outside world via a cable as an example. If you just chose the highest impedance device you could find, you may have issues with insertion loss...

How to make a touch sensor replicate an on/off switch - HELP!

So if it does it already what do you need to do? Thanks Adam

How to make a touch sensor replicate an on/off switch - HELP!

Please clarify. Press the switch once and the circuit activates, press it again and it de-activates. Or press and hold the switch and the circuit activate and release the switch and the circuit de-activates? Thanks Adam

Making a set of quiz lights

You can do this with logic gates. If you use LEDs then it makes the circuit less complex. I guess you want the light to latch on to let you know who pressed the button first? Adam

    One for the New Year

I already have the worry LOL. I have AF and yes I have had two ECGs so got a rough idea of what I am looking at. The AD8232 is the type of device they use in loop recorders for monitoring your heat beat. With me I have an extra beat in my heart rhythm. The reason I am doing it is because I want...

    One for the New Year

Mine is a simple one. Its an ECG using the AD8232. I have the PCB and electrodes just need to wire it up and put it in a box. Need to build a small regulator PCB as it runs from 3.3 Volts and I plan to power it from a USB battery bank. Then I can connect the circuit to my PICO scope and see my...

    Enlarging hole in reflector?

Wrap some tape around the light just below where you want to cut. That will help hold it all together. Adam

    Enlarging hole in reflector?

You could try a Dremel with a thin saw blade maybe? Adam

    Opamp to pic a/d

You don't have to worry about the resistor values too much because you are using a buffer. In the region of 10 K will be fine. Add a small capacitor across the lower resistor to help stabilise the divider. A 1 uF should be fine. Adam

    Opamp to pic a/d

It would be better to divide the voltage down with a potential divider as you mention and then buffer the voltage with an op-amp into the A-D.. Thanks Adam

    Thyristor question

Look at Fig 6 graph on the data sheet maybe there you will find some useful information. Thanks Adam
