    help with IR2110 chips

Two lower FETs seem to have their source terminals unconnected?

    help with IR2110 chips

No. Get rid of V1 and connect that InputDC node to V3+ instead.

No, warm :) Attached is a mod to your asc, with more MOSFETs.

I doubt the MOSFETs are limiting current significantly. The main limitation is due to coil inductance. More current generates more heat, albeit distributed differently if you use more MOSFETs to share the load..

12 V lithium battery power supply with motor speed controller

Perhaps the motor controller needs to detect current drawn by the motor in order to regulate the voltage, and just goes into a standby state when the current stops? Or perhaps the controller is controlling current rather than voltage, and needs to increase voltage when the motor runs?

File size limit for uploading attachments

Thanks. But it would be helpful if the site owners could make this info readily and generally available, rather than individual posters having to seek it for themselves from the admins, having experienced failure to upload something.

File size limit for uploading attachments

It would be helpful if a 'File size too large' message appeared on screen if posters try to upload a file which is bigger than allowed. If there are instructions anywhere regarding file sizes it is not at all clear where to find them.

Need Advice for a USB circuit board

Other types are allowed. If you click on 'Reply' then the 'Attach files' button, then on 'Supported file types' in the resulting dialogue box you'll get a list of types; but there's no mention of file size limits.

hall effect sensor about help me?

Without knowing the voltages/currents/magnetic field strengths that the Hall sensor is expected to handle in your particular equipment, how can we tell?

I've never constructed an inverter, but published designs always seem a lot more compact.

    help with IR2110 chips

If you are switching the MOSFETs at only 50Hz they are unlikely to overheat. Even at 50Hz I think there is going to be a fair amount of EMI generated by switching harmonics, because of those wire lengths and board layout. Trying to switch them at tens or hundreds of kHz (typical inverter...

    help with IR2110 chips

Hopefully all those long wires won't cause problems if they're handling high frequency voltages/currents. Have you left space for heatsinks on the MOSFETS if they're needed?

    help with IR2110 chips

I'm not familiar with the Arduino's power requirements, but if it accepts 5V then the 7805 should do the job for it and the IR2110s.

    help with IR2110 chips

I'd use 5V from the Arduino and 5V for the logic, also read the IC datasheets for the manufacturer's recommendations on decoupling caps. Each IC would generally benefit from a decoupling cap as close to its supply pins as is practicable.

    help with IR2110 chips

I think what your 'guy' is saying is that if the Vdd supply is 5V then driving the Hin and Lin pins with 3.3V logic is marginal. The IR2110 datasheet says the chip is 3.3V logic compatible, so in that case Vdd should also be 3.3V, not 5V.

Use the inverter circuit as a replacement for Rload. I think reality will differ from the sim significantly because (a) the coils are not identical, (b) they may be slightly out of phase, (c) I suspect they have greater inductance than the values you are currently using in the sim.
