    Does this have a volume control? The "wiper" terminal goes to the amplifier, the "non ground" to the tuner output. That is where you can feed an external input. Use a jack with a changeover.

    You have an option of going by the pin numbers on the 20 (or 24 ) pin Molex connectors. Google for "ATX PSU Connectors" Better to have a minimum load of an Amp or 2 on the 5 Volts line.

    Your module has current limiting 1 K ohm resistors built in. You should have no problem in identifying the terminals. Give +5 to the R, G, B terminals one by one, or any combination and the 0 V to the GND terminal

    No, your belief is wrong. Each of the 0.2 has the same resistance for the same length. So, if you increase the number of strands, the overall resistance will drop proportionately. A 16 strand wire will have Half the Resistance of a 8 strand for the same Length and strand size.

    The Discrimination due to Polarization is noticeable only on strong signals. Once you go far away from the transmitter and your receive signals go below -40 dBm or so, the Polar Discrimination in practice does not really matter. It does not matter which way the antenna is placed for weak signals.
