    There is something fundamentally wrong. Forget the Resistance, speaker.... etc. If you plug in a 3.5 mm jack into the phone, the internal speakers must cut out. Even if its only a dummy plug.

    Just for clarification. There is nothing like a DC Transformer. What you got is a DC Power Supply that has a transformer in it. All transformers are for AC, may be low or high frequency.

    From the circuit traced, I would think that the IC's basically an Op Amp with Terminals, starting with B- and clockwise, + input, +V, Output, - Input. Any good Audio Op Amp should fit in here. The best being, maybe, LT1115.

    The MOSFET is likely to be in a strip form with a specific orientation. Your assembly plant can be configured to accept the specific strip for component placement. It's also possible that all manufacturers of this FET may not follow the samr strip orientation.
