    No power RX-V681

My first thought is: No! it would make a nice platform to learn a thing or two. But since I can not find a service manual for it online, that may be the best advice.

    25 PF Capacitor sub

The application is not critical, either value would be OK. It I had to choose, I would go with the 27 pF.

    25 PF Capacitor sub

Are you sure it is 25 pF and not 25 uF? Can you post a snipped of the schematic showing where it is used?

    Marine Beacon schematics for project

They are not cheap, but if you want a reliable emergency beacon, bite the bullet and buy a good EPIRB.

Can someone simulate this diagram for me please

Tweaking either the 10K or the 100K on pin 3 will change the output voltage. If you want to increase the output voltage, increasing the 10K or reducing the 100K would do that. Personally, I'd reduce the 100K and leave the 10K alone.

    Connecting non-solderable wires

I thought you said the resistance wire was not solderable. These form the connection via soldering.

    Connecting non-solderable wires

A properly sized crimp will make an airtight and secure connection. No 'solder fill' required.

    Stereo Receiver Right Channel Distortion.

Does the unit have pre-out/main-in jumpers? If so, you could cross them (right out to left in, vice versa) and see if the problem changes channels.

    Stereo Receiver Right Channel Distortion.

No speaker relay. There is a protection scheme though, an amplifier overcurrent or high offset will trigger the CPU to turn off power. So anyway, it's not a dirty speaker relay. If the distortion is most noticeable at low volumes, and mostly goes way at higher volumes, it could be an issue...

    Electrolysis hho generator

When written as HOH it is taken as a structural formula. i.e. The oxygen atom is bound to two hydrogen atoms. Written as HHO implies that one of the hydrogen atoms is bound to another hydrogen atom and one oxygen atom. Since hydrogen has only on binding site (one electron to give away or room...

    Help identifying film capacitor value

Yes as 73's says, be sure the replacement cap is a "Class X" (X1 or X2) capacitor, rated for use across the line. The example I found: https://www.digikey.com/product-detail/en/kemet/R474N31005001K/399-12450-ND/5730941

Yeah I know. Just trying to 'tickle' the OP into looking a bit closer and recognizing all the misinformation out there.

    Electrolysis hho generator

Nah, water is H2O. When electrolyzed, it breaks into a gas mixture of H2 molecules and O2 molecules. Twice as much H2 as O2. 'HHO' does not exist as a physical structure in solid, liquid, gas or plasma phases.

    Question About Resistors

Bluejets, you thinking of the old thermal flasher? With those, if a bulb burned out, it wouldn't flash at all - the good bulb would just stay on. Modern vehicles don't use an old time flasher, and the computer controls the flashing. If it detects a burned out bulb, the flash rate increases.
