UV Exposure box with mercury lamp

After exposure you should develop the board in NaOH solution. The solution must have aroung 5,8g per litre of water. After 1-2 minutes you will se the pcb artwork to appear on the board. Wait until it seems clearly. After this step you move to etching step as normally on no photo fabrication method.

    Electronic Compass

You must start by identifing the magnetic compass sensor you will use. Some common sensors are: KMZ52 from Philips HM55B from Hitachi 1490 Compass Sensor Then you can take a look to some schematics/application notes to see how this can be intergrated to your system: 1490 Digital Compass...

    Spray Etching Machine

The issue of evenly PCB etching can be solved by adding a traveling mechanism that will be parallel to the board. That's a challenge also. That's for sure a great idea that will help a lot, we will try to use common and easy to find materials. Azax bottle sprayer is a good idea. Maybee some...

    Spray Etching Machine

A windscreen's nozzle doesn't seems to work because it doesn't actually "spray" the water but shoot it in an almost straight line. I think the best nozzle could be one like garden's watering nozzle (maybe turning also) or a glass detergent bottle nozzle. Also, a mechanism from dish washing...

    Spray Etching Machine

Do you have any ideas on how to make a nozzle or a complete system that will spray water (or etchant?) continiously? If the system could be etch-resistance (plastic parts in touch with fluid) then it can be perfectly be used as a nice spraying PCB etching machine.
