    Timed Relay query

Dryers with reverse are a totally different mechanical setup. All you would achieve would be to jam the complete drive belt and tensioners. If you want a reversing dryer, best is to buy one.

Help with force-detection in a motor for a linear actuation system

Bit of an overkill I think...just monitor motor current with a by-pass to allow for startup...done.

Led light turn on at specific Voltage

Depends on the load but pretty much any voltage detect circuit with zener or 555 or comparitor, even a uC for the signal, then use mosfet or whatever as a switch. Plenty of ideas here....... https://www.talkingelectronics.com/te_interactive_index.html

Wanted: Need a n 8 feed coiled cable or similar..

Normally not but with 3m amalgamating tape one would come pretty close. Better to use a glue filled heatshrink.

    Trying to get a replacement

Plug on the left is standard RJ45 8p8c ............... other one need to see end on clear photo and you need to measure pin spacing. Best to buy the former with lead already fitted otherwise you need to buy the correct crimper pliers as well.

    PCB connectors

Could be JST type however one would normally expect to see square/rectangular section pins. Plug guide slots appear different as well. If the JST, you will need to measure the pin spacing, then order online just about anywhere (plug with wire tails) If odd size, may be OEM only.
