Malfunctioning Popcorn Machine (burning resistor issue)

Going by the value of your 4 series resistors, I wouldn't bet on it being fixed.

Modified sinewave to pretty good sinewave?

Take an engineering degree and design and build to new outcome specs. Make sure you have a few million bucks spare to cover research and development. Or just buy the correct type, the latter would be the option most would go for.

    LEDs and battery math

Depends on the LED's involved. Depends on the actual measured current draw which may change as the cells run down. 50 LED string arranged how...??? LED's can emit a "seemingly" similar light output for varying supply levels. Were they pulsed (pwm) or hard on..?? Conclusion would be inaccurate/...

Need help wiring stereo jack to disconnect speaker

A speaker jack output is not necessarily suited to the connection and operation of earphones.

Modified sinewave to pretty good sinewave?

All that does, assuming the correct type of capacitor, will be to slightly change the power factor. AC does not follow any DC specs.

I have no idea, please help. Identifying a component and how to fix.

Looks like a proprietry line of tactile switch. I had similar with the receiver on a Qanum R/c data device. Only way is to get exact measurement of the switch body and the terminals (outline drawing including the depth etc.) Then do a search for pcb mounted side mount tactile switch, found mine...

    I need help with a project !!

You will need to supply details of whatever the MQ7 is and how it is powered. Need to be aware for example that the maximum current for an Arduino pin is around 20mA. What is the power you are applying to Vcc....??

Malfunctioning Popcorn Machine (burning resistor issue)

Only 1k resistor I see on your board is the LED resistor, no problem there. Couple of parts which are a bit vague are just how you are testing the caps which you say are "functioning in spec" Resistors in series do not increase the wattage handling of a resistor. Other parts of the circuit do...

    Problem with stuck relay

What is the 24v dc converter, any link or detail specs? Did the original lights require an earth...?

help ID IC used for dusk/dawn controller

Take a good look around. Everything these days from toys to autos to dunny rolls will have embedded uC's installed. Makes manufacturing sense. FYI, repair priority of any electronics went out the door some 20 to 30 years ago.

Tip for posting link you searched for................ anything after and including the "?" can be deleted. example..... https://www.aliexpress.com/item/4000522614891.html Put any link you refer to by clicking on the chain link. I see what you refer to, possibly to do with motors alone as motors...

    Tricking Solar inverter

Good luck convincing the supply authority that your opinion should over rule any of their requirements.

    Tricking Solar inverter

Well I at least have attempted to convey the message, if you are not a qualified electrician with the necessary certification, leave the thing alone. There is good reason for the warning as has already been explained.

    Issue with solenoid valve

Definetely. Look for freewheeling or flyback diode connection. You may also need capacitors of appropriate values placed on the supply line to the uC close to the uC. Try the diodes first though, on both the relay coil and the solenoid coil.

    Issue with solenoid valve

Sounds like a brown out on the supply line. Any freewheeling diode on the solenoid..?? or the relay coil for that matter. Solenoids, like motors etc. can cause inductive spikes that intefere with microcrontrollers and the like. Show a circuit drawing of what you have and the code.

    Problem with stuck relay

The normal approach would be to use a series resistor and then switch it out of circuit (bypass) once the surge has passed. To calculate any series resistance wattage by leaving it in circuit, the load current would have to be known. I think you have other problems and this will lead nowhere...

    Heated jacket temperature regulator

How would anyone know? You don't provide a link to where you saw this and previous was an Ebay link with no reference to what you say. FYI...it's a pwm device, not wpm.

    Tricking Solar inverter

That depends on which country you are in. Any mains level installation in many countries requires installation be done and inspected by a certified electrician. Reason being, some sneaky diyers have no idea of the wiring rules and regulations and put peoples lives in danger. You will find with...

    Heated jacket temperature regulator

Sounds right, although, unless the heater is more than just a resistance device, polarity of the connection to the "motor" would make no difference. Naturally, as always, the power input MUST be the correct polarity.
