Help With Old Motorola Transistor ID

May have been an OEM device but even then, any schematic would probably never have been available. Assume it is part of an inverter in conjunction with the compressor. Maybe a few photos might help.

Old Wagner electric 1 HP 1 phase Type RA motor

Post is almost 6 years old, a bit like the grease, well and truely gone by now. Tip...check the dates before replying.

    70's style music lightbox

Trouble with doing a search for such things can take one to surprising places. Bit like "midnight special" for my Yamaha motorcycle.

    Wiring question on electric bike

Why..? There are many photos posted in here that show detail to the Nth degree with the current requirements, enough for detailed replies. I'm sure if you take the the to look instead of complaining you would instantly see.

Looking for a service manual / schematic

Check the number on Google for spec sheet and that will show what is inside the chip. Then you can test for shorts etc with no power via a standard multimeter.

Looking for a service manual / schematic

Check the switcher isn't dead, number on top should direct you to a Google spec. (ic601) 1/3 way in RHS top.

    70's style music lightbox

Perhaps look for back issues of, for example, siliconchip magazine. The units then were known omongst other things as " musicolour". https://www.altronics.com.au/p/k5804-led-musicolour-light-controller-kit/

    Wiring question on electric bike

Of the 48v, no idea without a circuit. Could be, more than likely are , internal drop down regulators for the controls. Makes no sense to run that at what might be considered a " high voltage".

    Wiring question on electric bike

See the problem here is, wiring does not follow any "McGyver" protocol. Off hand I'd say your option to use the replacement is ruled out, at this stage at least. Differing voltages, differing conductor numbers, the new and old unit could be almost anything. Only way to know would be open up the...

Finding a weak or nicked spot on a buried wire

Broken or not, your only course of action would be to dig it up. Any test equipment available would be prohibitively expensive either to buy or lease.

TSOP and 555-timer circuit to turn on LED with IR remote control

Didn't look for too long as it is drawn in an unconventional manner and difficult to see what goes where. Only resolve would be to look upo spec sheet on the IR and redraw circuit correctly and go from there....busy today.

14 pin Relay socket from 1970's - want help to map out wire terminals

14 pin Relay socket from 1970's - want help to map out wire terminals

Cannot decypher your "connections" relative to your "diagram". i.e. diagram shows four across whereas connections say 3. Would have been a better approach to number the connections themselves....photo would be a big plus also. However it might be 14,24,34 and 44 are common while the remainder...

    12 volt delay timer

So is it already "on" during engine run..?? If so, what turns it on and off there..? You may need to look at how you will trigger the timer shown. You might need to sketch up a wiring diagram of your requirements.

    Transistor as a switch

    1602 Display Problem

Yes, could be, no way I could tell from here sorry. LCD contrast would be adjusted the same though whatever model of LC100 you have there. Would need your tracing the tracks and measuring any voltages. Note that many schemetics requiring the contrast pot to have one leg connected to the 5v...
