I take it that's 9th month 2016 ...??? Makes it over 5 years old. Irrelevant anyhow as it clearly states in the warranty you need your original receipt to make a claim.

Repair massage gun - not charging

3 x fully charged 18650 should be close to 12.6v. Nominal voltage would be 11.1v and low around 9v maybe a bit less (tested under load naturally) Plug the charger in and see if the battery voltage rises. Possible with extra internal circuitry however doubtful it would have been designed to take...

Usually involves flashing the fields with a low voltage battery source. Re-instates the residual magnetism in the core if the system has been standing unused for many years or was subject to any poling of the rotor. Usually find with these old monsters if the rectifier is ok (usually is) then...

Generac Niagara 400 (watt) standby generator

I have a B&S 5hp here from 1970 ( so 52 years old) and it is 2.5kva. BTW, your schematic is too small to read anything. When you uploaded it, did you try to open it to see if you could read it??

    4.5 volt to 12volt

I was thinking specs.....anyhow, what is it you want to do exactly, run off a 12v supply..? I cannot see any control board in the battery casing. If so, just run off a dc dc down converter set to 4.5v.

What's the best way to manage two different components from a single Button Control ?

There are momentary push buttons also (smaller than the toggle unit you show) but the DPDT arrangement might be easier to find. Still connect as before though. https://www.alibaba.com/product-detail/6mm-Miniature-2A-250V-Double-Pole_62249258701.html
