    Lincoln electric pcb

Resize your photos to smaller. Maintenance data on many items such as this is never released by the manufacturer. Obviously to protect their spares business. Not a lot one can do if the ic is beyond any recognition. About the only chance is if you find someone with the same model/type who is...

oven control board - melted wire connection

The reason fopr the insulation is that they are mains level voltages. Using a separate insulated terminal would be fine. If you have already fitted something else, wrap it in some insulation tape.

    Car proximity sensor lead connectors.

No worries. That hot glue i mentioned has many advantages over other "restraints". I used to use 5 minute epoxy BUT....when trying to remove/repair it was impossible. This hot glue sticks like the proverbial AND it can be peeled back to remove quite easily. Cheers....

    Car proximity sensor lead connectors.

Well aware of what you are trying to do. The cabling does not lend itself to joining as for one thing it is extra fine, and secondly, not meant to be soldered in many instances. Because it is so fine, it will eventually break due to the solder even under minimal vibration. If you really want to...

    Car proximity sensor lead connectors.

I wouldn't say that. It is the way of electronics etc. these days. If you wanted to build your own from discrete devices, I'm sure you could find a chunky flex and plugs and sockets to match. The way it is I can see you getting in way over your head and end up with nothing working and a rats...

I asked for that among other things but no reply on those queries. The part about it coming from an old stereo raised my suspicions.

Eliminate 60 Hz hum on contactor with 120V coil

Armature pole faces can still be rusty or dirty, depends how long it has been sitting, where you bought the contactor etc etc. Probably is a solution...you didn't answer my other possibilities nor provide a circuit of what you have. Go back and read the rest of my reply #2 Found an example...

How to measure amperage on a solar panel

The back panel should have the details. Other than that do a short circuit test. 100w panel should show a couple of amps in bright sunlight on a current range on a multimeter.

Eliminate 60 Hz hum on contactor with 120V coil

If this is the buzzing from the contactor then it is the internal armature pole faces that are either dirty or faulty. Could also be low voltage...what is the source current capability. Can you show a circuit..?? If just dirty, usually a wack will quieten them down temporarily. Perhas a spray...

    SSR Power Control

In that case, a basic simmerstat would do the job. Admittedly not zero crossing switching but no idea how important that is. https://www.cookerspareparts.com/news/post/how-does-a-simmerstat-work

Sony sound bar fault - flashes on then off again

Your symptoms are indicative of a short or faulty component with the unit trying to start but shutting down due to overload condition. Difficult for the amateur to diagnose. It can be faulty capacitors but....more likely the electrolytics rather than the mylar.
