How can i link a PIC with a camera and an SD card?

You have not included any info on the camera or sd card however there are many "reasonably easy" projects using Arduino with code using i2c.

Contact your local supply authority. Just be aware that these days there can be a fairly stiff call out fee for false alarms or time wasters.

Help needed - bilge pump alert

Relay alternative as per diagram below. All additional parts could be housed up in behind the dash panel fed from 3 wires from the pump location.

    Repair stereo transformer ~ possible?

As mentioned previously, transformer primary do occasionally blow. As for overload, it is well known transformers can handle loads above their rating without blowing up.

Need Help to design a simple blinking LED Circuit using a 9 volt battery

Arduino "blink without delay" good start. Circuit is simple, plenty of assistance should you go wrong either on the Arduino forum or others. Just need to get into it and get your head around the basics.

Help diagnosing AC Sliding gate controller stops halfway

Yes, I realise that and as I stated, there should be some adjustment to regulate this level. Any adjustment proceedure will be in the manual that came with the unit. I have a similar type of gate closer here. So is the motor stopping on this "current level sense" due to internal problems be it...

Help diagnosing AC Sliding gate controller stops halfway

May have already been mentioned but what about the travel current limit? Usually it operates to shut the motor if the gate hits any obstacle and normally requires setting initially. Perhaps never set. Also wonder if you have checked the supply voltage.

    Repair stereo transformer ~ possible?

Transformers these days as a whole are becoming rare. Yes I realise one would need to buy the complete s/hand unit, not parts. Pioneer blu ray I had here turned out the same. Much cheaper and less hasle to buy a s/hand unit. Depends how badly you need to hold on to the past. Waited for a...

12vDC immersion heater connected directly to a wind turbine converter???

If your generator is outputting 12v, the 100ft. run of cabling will become an important calculation for cable size given whatever current you are expecting in the 3 red leads. I foresee they will need to be much larger than you expect. You don't say what current or cable size above, Voltage drop...

How to achieve maximum power output from a center tapped transformer.

dc power output is limited by the power into and out of the transformer. you cannot get more out than goes in less losses no matter what you do on the dc side. where you are getting confused is voltage losses, not power.

How to achieve maximum power output from a center tapped transformer.

Transformer power out is power in less any losses, cannot increase it .

    Repair stereo transformer ~ possible?

Forget it. There are possibly a thousand turns on there and wound close together to minimise the finished size. These are wound on a former initially and then fitted to the laminations, not the other way around. I have done it a few times so have some idea. Before you do any damage, you could...
