Programming PIC to sontrol 6x SERVOs

I'd suggest it's time you stepped up to a picaxe.

    Broken Futaba R/C receiver

Why would the Tx be dead also? Same high voltage treatment? After market 2.4g receivers are available for as little as $15 for short range, maybe $25 for long range.

Will bad/old batteries cause my controller to malfunction?

Have no idea what a flex max outback is and your info needs to be a little more fact related. Assuming lead acid cells for the 10 batteries in series, 20 volt would be expected, depending on loading. No idea about the snoozing and wakeup and babysitting is all about either, sorry.

Programming PIC to sontrol 6x SERVOs

I could explain it all to you but I see no point. There is vast amounts of info out there you can research without my having to repeat it and argue the point into the bargain ( plenty else for me to do) Suffice to say there is a basic explanation on the timing and an advanced arrangement...

Programming PIC to sontrol 6x SERVOs

Servos are pwm however there is some conflicting understanding as reference to speed control of motors. For a standard explanation, Wiki has a reasonable breakdown under "servo control" should get you over the hump.

Yamaha rxv1070 receiver struck by lightning

I found a bloke on Ebay, somewhere in the Netherland I think. He had listings of 1000's of devices and one could purchase just 1 for around $5. Perhaps check there, away at the moment and do not have access to his Ebay detail.

Programming PIC to sontrol 6x SERVOs

Easy to go with picaxe or arduino.... All the hard work done and just requires a couple of lines of code for either.

    On/Off Interval & Speed Controller

If say a permanent magnet motor ( for example a battery drill motor) is tied to a compressor then it will stop fairly quickly, granted not instantly but perhaps acceptable. Use of that would simplify requirements. So as I see it, 2 timers, one for on-off seriesed up with another for speed...

    On/Off Interval & Speed Controller

I hesitate to ask why however you could use any timer module, again off Ebay for a few dollars, to switch the input to the aforementioned speed controller. There would be some serious inrush currents to consider which may make toast of the controller as it was never designed for such " rough"...

    On/Off Interval & Speed Controller

Pulsing the motor on-off in fractions of a second IS speed control. Best done with a standard off-the-shelf r/c speed control available for maybe $15 depending on where you are and motor size. This in turn can be controlled via a $3 servo tester from Ebay. You will never build it for what you...

    Wheel chair battery

I have doubts , as quoted, that your selected sla will be a suitable replacement for the nimh, completely different structure with many limitations. As Harald says, difficult to say without any real spec requirements, but I think fair to say that a manufacturer would hardly supply a $1500 nimh...

How do I boost a TV antenna amplifier to bring in weak signals?

Many things to consider but assuming fta terrestrial tv then fairly standard practice to have an antenna with sufficient gain for a good signal, especially if digital signal. With digital, bit error rate is the important factor along with good signal strength. One without the other then forget...

12v PIR sensor wired with switch

Single pole changeover switch with centre off. Feed to common of the switch, sensor line in to one contact of the changeover and light to both the remaining changeover contact and the switchwire of the sensor. Obviously negatives all together under separate connector. Some of these sensors will...

    Pcb not working?

Looks very much like tracks are blown. You can be sure this sort of thing doesn't just happen on it's own and there will be an underlying cause you will have to find. Fixing fine traces like this and indeed finding what caused the problem is not for an amature as you will do more harm than...
