    What do you mean 'Not working' is the opto switching at all? Pin 1 of the opto should connect to the relay coil and 2 to common. If you power pin 1 & 2 to power, you will destroy it. M.

    They look like a typical outline for these relays so you most likely will find a sub with the same footprint, if possible it is worth changing the relay, even if it is foil blown. I will check my stock to see if i have one with that foot print still. M.

    It looks to me like a E-stop override or operator for a E-stop limit switch. These are used on CNC M/C operator doors etc and must operate the switch(s) inside sequentially. If not, it bears a striking resemblance. Where did you get it? M.
