Component identification for old CNC router project.

Presumably that is the stepper driver, what are the part numbers etc on it? You may have to do an inquiry on the CNCzone someone there should recognize it, I don't use steppers, only servo's. https://www.omc-stepperonline.com/ Drop them a line and they may have the info. M.

    Controlling Speed of Motor

You can use a power tool dimmer style, or just buy one of the ceiling fan Dimmer style, if necessary you could beef up the Triac, but I don't think that will be necessary. The ceiling fan type usually come with the noise suppression choke in them. M.

Circuit Element for variable current control

It would help to know the various supply source details as well as the nature of the actual loads you intend using. (BTW I am in viewing distance of the Stadium!) M.

    Burnt PCB under relay

I find that Digikey and mouser have them, standard Omron G5LE SP relay with 24vdc coil. M.

Lets talk about fan/blower motors (high vs low)

Most AC fans are either PSC (permanent start cap) or shaded pole motors, and are both induction motors. The former usually uses separate winding's for speed control, the latter, Triac (dimmer) control. M.

    Controlling Speed of Motor

The 'old' style sewing machine motors were Universal motors, which this appears to be, if so they were often used with a variable resistance footpedal control. If it IS a Universal motor, i.e. has brushes and is ran off of AC then it probably is. If so you can use a dimmer style controller...

    Burnt PCB under relay

Omron relay are quite common and easy to come by, replace if possible and/or at least repair copper foil as already outlined. Go to step one and test!. M.

    Burnt PCB under relay

Squirrel cage? is the the motor technology or the radial fan impeller? If the former, it could be a single speed motor or probably it is variable. If so it should be capable of starting in high I would think. Any enhanced copper conductor to replace the foil will be an improvement. Fans are...

    Burnt PCB under relay

I just did a couple of similar repairs, one on a stove and one a top end toaster oven, both the same as you describe. I think the reason is just that the printed CCT is not built to take the current that the relay switches. I actually replaced the relays, but I suspect it was just the foil had...

Circuit Element for variable current control

In the general sense it is the load that decides the current, there is means of current regulators such as configuring a LM317 as a current limiter. What kind of currents are we talking and the application type? M.

    Help!! Control module diode identification

There is 10amp diodes on Digikey 10A02-TDITR-ND One of the reasons for the large gauge wires on a diode is for heat sink purposes, it may be an idea to stand it off a little rather than tight to the board. M.

    Help!! Control module diode identification

By the size of the leads it is probably 5a or greater, Look for a 10amp and if on a tractor most likely a low voltage so voltage would not be an issue. M.

    24VDC Relay Driver switching 240VAC 10A Load

Re-reading the OP, why exactly are you using a Opto coupler from the output of a PLC to drive a relay/contactor? Why not drive the SSR or relay direct from PLC output? I see it was suggested in #4 M.

    Solder Sucker

This is the advantage to the hollow iron type as heated pressure is kept on the foil and only the through hole or pad is evacuated. Never had any problems so far. M.
