    Relay dry contact

It wouldn't, that is an example of a whetted contact. It is responsible for braking the primary load. The dry contact is not responsible/used for switching when current is flowing. M.

    Relay dry contact

Another description of a dry contact it is not responsible for switching the ultimate load of the circuit. Also any current that the contact carries is switched by an alternate means. IOW it does not switch any current when operated. M.

    Motor identification

A dual winding four lead stepper motor is a Bi-polar version but would normally have two identical but separate winding's. If you could drop the motor off and try turning the shaft, an indent when not powered usually indicates a stepper. The three on the side may be a zero or home position...

    PCB Order Mirrored?

I have never heard of this or had to do It? I have used Orcad and Kicad from local PCB manuf to US and then offshore (China) and submitted just Gerber files. No mirror required? M.

    12v heating element dimmer

If the towel warmer just involves a element only, then one avenue would be to look for a Wall Wart that is either 12vDC at least 5amp and obtain one of the $5.00 PWM controllers off ebay. If the wall wart is ~9v AC then you could put a bridge with a 470uf cap on the output for a PWM controller...

    12v heating element dimmer

I made a hot wire foam cutter using a Triac controller on the secondary, although many have used a dimmer on the primary, Did you put the dimmer together yourself or an off the shelf version? M.

Where can I get a replacement board?

Why not just replace the SW they are a common item, see your local or online electronics supplier, Mapins if in UK. Those switches usually have each wide spaced pair shorted internally. M.

Help with a good relay for well pump switch

Deciphering the board and components, it looks to me like there is a small bridge rectifier and a voltage dropping circuit. If so there is no galvanic isolation between the 240v and the LV DC. Personally it would not be a device I would chose. I would tend to prefer a SSR over that. M.

    Toro leaf blower motor

You may have to take the housing apart and try and find a sintered bronze bearing to match, if you have a bearing supply Co in your area they may have a selection. M.

Help with a good relay for well pump switch

So you are using the P.S. to switch the primary of the transformer? What are you going to use to close the dry contact on the relay board? That board set up seems a little OTT just to pick up a relay. If you do intend energizing a transformer with the P.S. then why not feed the 24vac secondary...

Help with a good relay for well pump switch

You can get heavy duty relays, although small DIN style contactors are quite prevalent on ebay etc. Telemecanique etc. I prefer to use a DC coil as you do not suffer some of the problems of AC, if you have a 24vac supply all you need is a suitable bridge rectifier for the coil. M.

    relay sticking

If it is due to contact arcing you can use a RC snubber across the contacts. A SSR would solve the problem also. Don't place a diode in the AC circuit. relays are very voltage tolerant and that small OV would not be an issue. M.

    Garage Door Opener Leak?

The cap for start/run should be a an AC rated run motor capacitor. If you can remove the motor from the drive you can test to see if it runs when no load. M.
