    Using E24 values to get 1.87k, 3.6k paralleled with 3.9k = 1.872k, a 0.107 % error but as I said previously, there are no exact matches in parallel, only in series.

    Ceramic PCB substrate (Alumina Al₂O₃) has a specific resistivity around 1PΩ/cm. That's 5 orders of magnitude higher than your 10GΩ resistor. FR4 is around 5TΩ/cm.

    Just set the voltage to 12. The circuit will take whatever current it needs. The rating on the supply is irrelevant as long as it's high enough, which it is.
