    In Wind Turbine, DC Motor is rotating from battery energy, discharging the battery after charging.

    The forward voltage drop of that diode is nearly 1V so you'll only get 4V at best from your generator and the charging module you're using has a lower input voltage of 4V so will barely operate. Find a blocking diode with a low forward volt drop (schottky types are best) and see how that works.

    Is your power supply ok? A PSU failure to deliver enough current will make it appear to be faulty.

'Multimeters' are general purpose instruments and good at what they do but for any greater accuracy you need to go to dedicated devices designed for the intended purpose...

I suppose 'serious' can be defined anyway you want but one way (my preferred) is in relation to measurement accuracy where most analogues fail miserably in comparison to a halfway decent digital unit. I'm presuming you aren't going to use the mains supply directly as that would be too dangerous? If you 'must' use a mains supply then stick with the pre-manufactured units...
