    RFID implies the items passing the antenna will re-radiate a signal as prompted by the RFID transmitter. If these 'conveyored' devices are NOT fitted with the appropriate RFID (trans)responder then your methodology is completely wrong.

    The motor will be generating it's own voltage in opposition to the driving voltage. This may well have caused an over-current situation. I'm assuming the circuitry has back-emf protection fitted?

    It's not a part I readily identify but if the material is 'ferrite' it may be a simple inductor - otherwise I'd guess it as being a diode. There are some forum members that are more SMD 'guru' than I am and might drop in to assist.

    It takes a surprisingly large amount of heat to destroy common components these days - they are made for 'submersion' (in some cases) and infra-red reflow (and hotplate) methods. 350degC for 15 seconds(??? - don't quote me). Normal soldering shouldn't affect them at all so it's possibly a case...

    Are we to accept that you fitted and connected the BMS correctly? The usual source for BMS modules is China and there is a possibility you got yourself a lemon. When ordering such modules from China I always get a 'few' ..... just in case. They aren't that expensive and even if they all work...

    It's too easy to get too involved. We all do what we can, as we can, but there has to be a limit. I can't blame/fault the OP for the way they approached this issue as people come here for help and advice without knowing 'how to ask' for it - maybe that should be a 'pinned' page that all new...

    If you know what regulators they are then you can figure out the voltage that should be coming from them (obviously) then you can trace the fault BACK if the voltage is missing. The input voltage must be higher than the output voltage..... IC13 is obviously wrong as you show 8.8V on a GND...

    I can't do that - I'd have to develop my own schematic (using your own hardware) to find ALL the potential issues with yours. I'm not prepared to do it on a one-after-the-other basis. We'd be here all week!

    How did you derive the schematic? There are numerous errors in it so determining the cause of the problem isn't possible unless the schematic is 'correct'.
