    As with any (non-differential) signal measurement, the ground is the common ground of the power supply.

    ISTR we've been over this before (sigh). The printed references relate to the pins of that port and allow a test set to be connected to examine all the onboard sensors around the fridge. You can measure them individually using a simple volt meter assuming you know what the voltage SHOULD be.

    Datasheet says output power at +/-30V is 40W into an 8ohm load with a 1V pk-pk input signal level. Anything outside these parameters and you won't get the performance you expect. +/-16V might see 20W. What level is your input signal?

    Why are you using +/-10V transformer when the circuit calls for +/-25V? You won't get maximum output unless you use the correct power supply.

    What 'is' your power supply? Is should be capable of providing a SPLIT RAIL output i.e. +V, ground and -V (anywhere from +/-10V to +/-45V) in the configuration you've shown. It will also have to be able to deliver up to a few AMPS current (depends on the power output you're going to expect/use).

    Nano seconds???? Not a chance! At least not at any price you could possibly afford! You will probably have to go 'digital' and potentially use LCD materials to stop the light but that, in and of itself, will introduce a medium (the LCD carrier liquid) that will affect the light itself anyway...

    Yes (sort of!) The one on the right is 10k ohms (10,000 ohms), the one on the left is an 'unusual' one in that it is ZERO ohms - in other words a shorting link and likely put there as 'fuse'. Both are (at least look like) 0.125W (1/8th watt) versions, 5% tolerance (not the zero ohms one though!)

    Change all your lights to 12V (LED) and use a battery charger when power is available. All you're doing by using an inverter is 'wasting power' as the design is very inefficient.
